WARNING: 'Many of our local Tipperary roads are in a lethal state'
Take note!
A councillor has said "many of our local roads are in a lethal state" this Saturday morning due to the rain, frost and ice over night.
Cllr Máirín McGrath said: "There has been an incident on the Ardfinnan to Newcastle road with a car blocking the road and reports that the Big Bridge is in a very bad condition.
"Take care, take your time and only travel if you need to!"
Meanwhile, the 896 Local Link service "due to hazardous road conditions in the Ballingarry and The Commons areas, will not be able to service these areas this morning".
