A video which is being widely shared across social media has emerged of the major fire which broke out at a commercial premises in Tipperary overnight.
Emergency services attended the scene of the fire at approximately 2am this morning on Main Street in Roscrea.
Gardaí have confirmed that Main Street remains closed to traffic while crews continue to manage the incident. Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and allow extra time for their journeys.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Main Street Roscrea remains closed as emergency services continue to manage a fire at a premises on Main Street. Allow extra time to reach your destination.”
