BREAKING: Major news as Dublin developer gets OK to build dozens of apartments in Kildare
The housing plan was approved by Kildare Co Council
Plans have been approved for a total of 48 own hall door apartments in Kildare town.
The estimated construction value of the project is €10m, according to Building Information Ireland database.
The total overall gross floor area is over 4,500 square metres.
The development will also include car parking, bin and bicycle stores and public / communal open spaces.
The developers are Eurkon (Kildare) Ltd which have an address in Harold's Cross in Dublin.
