Cannabis found in attic of Kildare house
Gardaí searched the dwelling
Some €5,000 worth of cannabis was found in the attic of a house during a search, it was alleged at Naas District Court.
Before the court was David Casey, 42, whose address was given as 11 Anne Street, Prosperous, for alleged possession of cannabis herb.
The court was told that the drug was found during a garda search.
Judge Desmond Zaidan send the defendant forward for trial to Naas Circuit Court,
The judge said that if an alibi forms any part of the defendant’s defence he must inform the prosecuting authorities of details of this in advance.
