Co Kerry firm planning 29 new homes in Kildare
A total of 29 new homes are being planned in the Ballitore area.
A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Co Kerry-based firm, Kestorra Limited.
The proposed units include:
- eight apartments in two 2-storey blocks,
- eight terraced houses in two 2-storey terrace blocks
- 10 semi-detached 2-storey houses
- three detached houses.
The proposed development also consists of a new recessed vehicular entrance, individual bin/bike stores for each apartment and mid-terrace units.
A new footpath connecting to the existing footpath is also planned.
