Comedian Chris Kent goes "Offline" with new show

"He's fantastic", says Tommy Tiernan
Cork’s own Chris Kent returns with a brand new show ‘Offline’. He tries to give up the internet and navigate life without asking his phone what to eat, where to go or how to get home.
He longs for a simpler time of playing ‘Snake’ and constructing emojis himself. Now that he has hit 40 years of age, he wonders if he can ever go back to thinking for himself.
Join him on a journey that will either make him or break him.
The Irish Times says “Kent is a master storyteller” while Dubliner Magazine describes his show as “carefree comedic bullseye”.
Tommy Tiernan gives his own verdict. “He really makes me laugh and I think his stuff is so smart, he would be one of the best comics that I would have seen. He’s fantastic,” he says.
Chris Kent brings his show, “Offline” to the Riverbank Arts Centre, Newbridge on February 6. The show starts at 8pm and tickets cost €25. Check out www.riverbank.ie for further information.
