A €4m apartment development has been completed in Leixlip, Co Kildare.
The development is addressed at Green Lane, Easton, Leixlip, Co Kildare, with Construction Information Services (CIS) reporting that work is now complete on-site.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council on 22/11/2022 to Liffey Bridge Homes Limited for a four-storey apartment building containing a total of 24 apartments.
This was comprised of four one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom, and four three-bedroom apartments.
Modifications to the previously permitted site layout consisted of the omission of four car parking spaces to allow fire tender circulation around the proposed development.
The development is in place of the previously permitted (but not commenced) five-storey apartment building containing 28 no. units and amends the car parking layout permitted under An Bord Pleanála ref 311140-21/Kildare County Council ref. 21/732.
The promoter / client for the development is Liffey Bridge Homes Limited/Killross Properties Limited, and the architect is McGrane & Partners.
