Ever happen to you?? This motorist forgot something important

Ever pop out for the milk and leave it on the roof of the car by mistake!

This lucky motorist had travelled for nearly 15k before he was stopped by police who spotted the precious cargo on the roof of the vehicle.

Police officers from the South Area Roads Policing Support Group in Northern Ireland said they recently stopped this vehicle on the road.

A spokesperson said: "The car had been driven for ten miles!

"A very smooth driver but a reminder to check around (and above) your vehicle before moving off!"

The police service joked: "No milk was harmed during this incident and anyway, there is no point in crying over spilled milk!"
