Good news for coffee lovers: Takeaway coffee shop gets green light in Naas

Planning permission has been issued by Kildare County Council for a new take away coffee shop in Naas. 

Approval was granted to the company Poleon Limited for the change of use of an existing retail unit on Fairgreen Street.

Permission was also given to re-roof part of the existing roof of the building. 

The developers have also been allowed to amend and rebuild a portion of the existing front façade and to install new window.

The total area of the property is over 150 square metres. 

The estimated construction value of the development is almost €200,000, according to Construction Information Services database.
