Kildare Co Council granted planning permission

A large warehouse worth an estimated construction cost of €10m is being built in Kill.

A decision to grant planning permission for a site at Arthurstown was issued by Kildare County Council to Raller Limited.

The green light has been given for the construction of a light industry/warehouse facility consisting of warehouse space (7,311 square metres) single storey office (113 square metres) and single-story staff facilities (180 square metres).

The development also includes four dock level access doors, two level entry doors, external canopies, a pedestrian access gate, car parking, bicycle parking, landscaping and public lighting.

Also in the designs is a sprinkler system water tank and pump house.

An existing on-site treatment facility will be decommissioned and a new on-site treatment plant will be built.
