Planning permission is being requested for the construction of 61 residential units.
The proposed homes in Oldtown, Celbridge will comprise a mix of one-bedroom duplex/ apartment units, two-bedroom houses
and three-bedroom houses.

The existing entrance into the Oldtown Woods Estate from Oldtown Road is to be removed and a new entrance from Oldtown Road will be provided.
