KILDARE: 20 apartments being planned for Prosperous area

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council for the construction of 20 dwellings in Prosperous.

The units would be built in three three-storey blocks in the Curryhills area. 

The estimated value of the project is €4.7m, according to Construction Information Services database. 

Dwellings being proposed are a mix of 2-bed apartments, 3-bed duplex apartments and one-bed apartments.

Also in the plans is storage area for bicycles and bins.
