KILDARE ANIMALS IN NEED: Dogs come in and dogs go out at KWWSPCA

When these three lovely one year old pups came into our care a few weeks ago, it was fairly obvious that they grew up with little or no human contact.

Betsy, Sindy and Honey don't appear to have ever been walked on a lead, and were extremely shy with humans.

On sight of any volunteer approaching them they would huddle in a corner.

Thankfully they have responded really well and are now enjoying being brought for walks together. Details about adopting our beautiful triplets can be found on our website, kwwspca.ie.

Also this week we said goodbye to Donal and Dave.

We referred to them as the twins because although they are not related, they are very alike and extremely affectionate.

They were inseparable and loved each other's company.

We were delighted that they were both adopted by a family in Celbridge.

Meanwhile, a group of ten students who are doing a TY project on Animal Welfare in Gael Cholaiste Chill Dara, Naas held a cake sale as a fundraiser for our charity and raised €270.30. We are very grateful for their efforts.
