KILDARE COURT: 'Made a threat to kill and burn a house'
Allegation
A man made a threat to kill and burn a house, it was alleged at Naas District Court.
Danny Gallagher, 39, whose address was given as 29 Roseville, Naas, is being prosecuted for making a threat at an unknown location on August 16 2022 and with making calls without reasonable cause between August 8 and August 16.
Sgt Dave Hanrahan claimed the injured party presented at a garda station and alleged that threats had been made in voicemails and there was a reference to stab and murder.
Judge Desmond Zaidan sent the case forward to be heard at a Naas Circuit Court sitting. He said that if an alibi forms any part of the defence’s case then details of this must be provided to the prosecuting authorities in advance of the hearing.
He also said that if there is any related CCTV footage this must be provided to the defendant.
