KILDARE COURT: Woman 'was punched, kicked and bitten'
She also claims she was hospitalised
A woman told Naas District Court she was hospitalised after being assaulted by her ex-partner.
She further alleged that she was punched, headbutted and bitten by the man, who did not appear in court and was not represented.
She said she was assaulted on November 27.
The woman said “he put me in hospital with serious concussion.”
Granting an interim protection order, Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned the matter to September 8.
