KILDARE COURT: Woman's ex-partner broke windows in house
A woman’s ex-partner broke windows in the house.
The women made the claim at a family law hearing in Naas District Court.
She told Judge Desmond Zaidan he has left the home but returns every weekend and “he’s getting intoxicated.”
The women also said his behaviour is upsetting the children.
The man was not present in court.
The judge granted a protection order and adjourned the matter to December 11.
