August 28, 2023, (peacefully), after a long illness, bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family, at Naas General Hospital, Tadhg, beloved husband of Ann and dear father of Tadhg and Donogh.
Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, brothers Eoin, Colm and Ciaran, sisters Niamh and Éimir, daughters-in-law Anita and Jessica, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Eoin, Louie and Billy, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm at Murphy Brothers Funeral Home, Church Lane, Naas, W91 VY71.
Removal on Thursday to the Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, arriving for 11am Mass.

passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving wife Breda, and his siblings, on August 28, 2023.
Predeceased by his parents Timothy (Sonny) and Nora, his brothers Denis and Tadhg, and his sisters Mary and Margaret Ann. Michael will be sorely missed and always remembered with great love by his best friend and wife, Breda.
He will be deeply mourned by his brothers Billy, London and Tomas, Limerick, sisters Nora Mary (Burke), Manchester, Ellen (Quaid), Kildare, and Breda (Flaherty), Kerry, his brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, extended family, his former colleagues and past pupils in Scoil Bhríde National School in Kill, his wonderful neighbours and wide circle of friends.
He will be reposing on Wednesday, August 30, in the George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas, County Kildare (eircode W91 CD0K) from 4pm to 7pm followed by cremation at the Newlands Cross Crematorium (eircode D24 EP83) on Thursday, August 31, at 1pm.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to all of the staff at Tallaght University Hospital and St Brigid's Hospice, The Curragh for the wonderful care they gave Michael during his final weeks.
No flowers or mass cards please.

Beloved wife of the late Thomas and much-loved mother of Valerie, Helen, Raymond and the late Thomas and Shay.
Sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchild, son-in-law Eugene, daughter-in-law Barbara, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at home on Wednesday evening (August 30) between 6 pm and 8 pm.
Removal on Thursday morning (August 31) to St Patrick’s Church, Celbridge arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30 am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
