The death has occurred of Catherine (Cathy) Morrin (née Cooke) St. Joseph's, Ladytown, Newbridge, Kildare
Morrin, (née Cooke) Catherine (Cathy), St Joseph’s Ladytown, Newbridge and in more recent times Silver Stream Nursing Home, Dunlavin, January 8, 2025, peacefully in her 97th year, at Naas General Hospital, in the company of her loving family. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Larry, her beloved son Billy, and her daughter-in-law and good friend Breda. Very sadly missed by her children Patrick, Mary Clare, Catherine, Elizabeth and Laurence, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in- law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Rest In Peace
Reposing at her residence on Friday, (Jan 10) from 4pm to 8pm, with evening prayers at 7:30pm. Removal from her residence on Saturday morning at approx. 10:30am to arrive at the Church of Our Lady and St. Joseph, Caragh for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Caragh Cemetery.Those who wish to leave a personal message/condolence for the family, please use the "Condolences" section below.

The death has occurred of Alan Whitfield Clonmullion, Athy, Kildare
Alan Whitfield, Clonmullion, Athy passed away suddenly at home on Sunday January 5, 2025. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 60 years Janet, his children Shaun, Graham and Karen, grandchildren Connor, Finn, Steven, Jessica, Emily and Tobias, great granddaughter Charlotte, daughters-in-law Sam and Sarah, sister Ann, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Alan will repose at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Chapel Hill, Mt. Hawkins, Athy (R14 NX80) on Friday, January 10, 2025, from 4pm to 6pm. Alan will leave his home at 12.15pm on Saturday, 11th January, 2025 for committal service at 1.45pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross, Dublin (D6W HY98).
