Kildare's politicians want more information from the county council

Councillor says people need to know what is happening
Kildare County Council has been asked to provide more information about the progress of queries raised by councillors.
The councillors generally raise issues by way of a motion or a question at council meetings and the council responds to all of these. The issues range from housing to lighting and include public parks, roadworks and a variety of issues relating to the broad scale of KCC’s work.
Maynooth politician Naoise Ó Cearúil has asked the council to consider providing more information about how the motions and questions are being dealt with “so we can tell people what is happening.”
He told a KCC meeting this would “allow people to keep up to date.”
