Kilometres for Kare is an accessible fundraising challenge running throughout the month of May to promote wellbeing and raise funds for Kare, a charity that provides services and supports to people with intellectual disabilities across Kildare, east Offaly and west Wicklow.
"We are excited to introduce the 'Kilometres for Kare' campaign and encourage anyone who is interested to get involved," said Deirdre Murphy, CEO of Kare.
"At Kare, we know that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to participate in and benefit from physical activity and social initiatives. The aim of this campaign is not only to raise awareness and funds for Kare, but also to promote the importance of inclusivity in all aspects of life."
