LATEST: 15 new homes approved for Monasterevin

Planning permission has been granted for 15 new homes in Monasterevin.

Kildare Co Council is the promoter of the public housing project. 

The estimated construction value of the scheme is €2.5m.

The residential units in St Evin's Park include: 

• 4 one-bedroom apartments
• 7 two-bedroom two storey houses
• 4 three-bedroom two storey houses

Also included will be 16 car parking spaces including one designated wheelchair space and one e-charging space.

The designs feature landscaping, paving, an access road and public lighting.
