LATEST: Green light for €4m warehouse facility in Naas

Kildare County Council has granted planning permission for a new warehouse on the Newbridge Road in Naas.

Approval is given for the demolition of a dormer dwelling house and shed.

Being built is an industrial warehouse unit with an area of 2,915 square metres with mezzanine level of an area of 515 square metres. 

Also planned are ancillary offices on two floors with a total area of 726.5 square metres.

Signage on the building, a yard storage area, an entrance, boundary wall, boundary fence, car parking and landscaping are also in the designs.
