Planning permission granted by Kildare County Council

Planning permission has been granted by Kildare County Council to the Society of the Divine Word for an extension of an existing rectory in Maynooth.

A three storey residential extension will be built to the existing rectory on the Moyglare Road.

The extension will provide five rectory bedrooms and one rectory foyer space.

The total gross floor area of the new build is 433 square metres.

The site has an area of 1.4 hectares.

The estimated construction value of the proposals is around €450,000, according to Building Information Ireland database.
