Marty & Co join book launch celebration at Carbury GAA

Wednesday November 22 Carbury GAA Club is the only place to be when RTÉ's Marty Morrissey is the special guest as Carbury's Dermot Reilly and his fellow author, Colm Keys, host an evening of celebration following the launch last month in Croke Park of their book Chasing Sam Maguire — The All-Ireland Football Championship 1929-1977.
An evening of lots of craic and entertainment is guaranteed as Marty conducts interviews with the authors, along with another very special guest, Aidan Tierney, aka “Tierney Talks” the renowned and well-known impersonator of famous personalities from the sporting, political and GAA world.
Chasing Sam Maguire is a 460+ page hardback, published by O'Brien Press, and gives a full account of each of the 50 All Ireland football finals covered including a report with full players names, their clubs, the scorers along with a snipped of world-wide news from each year.
Signed copies of the book will be available on the night in what is sure to be a memorable evening.
Don't be late with the throw-in timed for 7.30 on Wednesday November 22.
