'My husband keeps a diary documenting my every move' - woman tells Kildare court

She claimed she locks herself and the children into a room
Naas District Court has been told that a man maintains a notebook recording his wife's movements.
This was the allegation made by the woman at a family law hearing.
The woman said this had been going on for about three years and the couple separated two years ago.
She said they are “living separately in our own home” and she further claimed she is "constantly in fear" and locks herself and the children into a room.
She also said he threatened to kick a door in and he “documents everything I do.” She also said he calls her name and records the car registration numbers when people call to the house.
Serh also said he calls her a “useless f…” and “a waste of human life.”
The woman said the children are in therapy and said she is on anti-anxiety medication. She also said she is not sleeping or eating properly.
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted her an interim protection order and adjourned the case to October 26. The man was not present or represented.
