New coffee dock/drive thru proposed for Kildare business park
Ladytown Business Park could have it’s own coffee dock/drive thru coming soon
Plans for a new drive-thru/walk up coffee and snack food business has been lodged for Ladytown Business Park between Naas and Newbridge.
Robert Walsh wants to install two interconnected converted shipping containers to house the new venture at lands beside Block W8, Ladytown Business Park, Ladytown, Co. Kildare . The development, if approved, would involve the removal of eight existing car parking spaces to allow for associated vehicular circulation. The plans also allow for landscaping and planter enclosures and other development works.
The plans were lodged on November 5. Submissions can be made to Kildare County Council by December 9, and a decision is due by January 8.
Ladytown Business Park is a 50-acre industrial, warehousing, and office estate located in Ladytown, Co. Kildare, just off Junction 10 of the M7 motorway and the R445 dual carriageway between Naas and Newbridge. It hosts a number of businesses including Jungle Den, K Bowl, McGuirks Golf, Newbridge Heating Centre and much more.
