New parish centre gets green light from Kildare Co Council
Plans approved
A new parish centre has been granted planning permission in Athy.
The facility will be located at Mount St. Mary's Resource Centre, Mount Hawkins.
Kildare County Council granted planning permission to Fr. Liam Rigney P.P. for the change of use of the building to a parish centre at St. Michael’s.
There will be changes to the vehicle entrance, boundary wall and car parking arrangements.
There will also be internal alterations and layout changes.
A new access ramp and signs have been approved.
