Pharmacy in Kildare aims to raise funds for Irish Cancer Society

The Newbridge branch of Boots, which is located in the Whitewater Shopping Centre, will be hosting a ‘Night Walk’ in order to benefit the Irish Cancer Society.
According to the branch, all funds that are raised ‘will go directly to this great cause’.
They also said that they ‘would love to have as many people of the community as possible join’.
Boots Newbridge’s charity walk will begin at The Curragh Racecourse on September 8, 2026.
It will commence at 7pm.
Participants are asked to meet before the event ‘just after the roundabout past HRI’.
Boots Newbridge’s fundraiser can be found on idonate.ie and it has a €2,000 goal.
Donations can be made until October 14, 2026.
