Owner Lorcan Burke said, “It has been a great journey, from starting out on the main street in a smaller shop to being able to build the business has been great. We have customers that have been with us right through that time that have kept both me and the business going.” The drinks offerings on the day ranged from beer from a local craft brewery to champagne. There were also discounts offered at the event, as well as giveaways and other spot prizes. Burke added, “We have made great friends from the lovely customers that we have had. That is the important thing for me, that we have customers that are now friends. People that have been with us throughout the years and have been part of our journey, it has been amazing. “We wanted to do this to celebrate the time and look at all our plans for the future. We wanted to do something small for those that have been so loyal and good to us over the years.”
