Plan for €3m "Neighbourhood Centre" in Newbridge town
Kildare Co Council considering plans
A single-storey and two-storey neighborhood centre development is being planned for Newbridge.
The proposed facility on Station Road in the town will include a
- convenience store with off-licence complete with coffee shop
- delicatessen
- toilets
- three retail shop units at ground floor level
- takeaway unit at ground floor level
- four two-bedroom apartments at first floor level
Also in the plans is car parking, bin storage, a new site entrance and exit and landscaping.
The estimated construction value of the project is almost €3m, according to Construction Information Services database.
