REVEALED: €1.4 million housing development planned in area of Kill village
The plan has been submitted for the Kilheale Manor area in Kill village and includes seven new terraced houses
A submission has been made for a €1.4 million housing development plan for planning permission by applicant Oliver McKiernan of Cavan Developments.
The submission is seeking the provision of an infill development of seven two storey, three bedroom terraced houses in Kill village in Kildare which are to be set out in two terraces with on-curtilage parking.
The submitted plan also includes provisions for bin stores to the front of the terraced houses with associated hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works will be carried out on a site area measuring 0.2ha.
The housing development plan has been submitted for Kilheale Avenue and Kilheale Drive, Kilheale Manor in Kill village.
