Sid the cat recovering from head injury

The KWWSPCA would like to thank the Whitewater Centre in Newbridge for hosting their recent music day.

It was a very successful event, and we would like to thank the other groups who supported the KWWSPCA Choir on the day — The Enquiring Minds Creche, children and parents, Robbie and Catherine Fallon, The Portarlington Comhaltas Musicians and dancers from the Burbage Dance Academy and Dance Definition from Clane.

It has been a very busy year as always. Our Kitty Cottage is now closed for homing until January 11, 2025.

Your support has helped animals such as Sid a straying cat who came into our care with a terrible head injury and Eden, a young dog who was only in our care for one day before giving birth.

Sid is currently residing under the care of The Cat Sanctuary, who are giving Sid the one-on-one attention required for a complex injury like this. We are still looking for foster carers for our dogs for the break. Please call us on 087 6887136 if you are in a position to help.
