20 homes being planned for north Kildare
Kildare County Council want to develop the homes in The Paddocks area of the Highfield residential area.
The scheme will include eight two-bedroom units, eight three-bedroom units and four four-bed units.
In 2007, the site was previously developed as serviced sites for affordable housing units.
The Council is looking for contractors to tender for work involved such as demolition, site preparation and clearance, scrub removal, ground drainage, site development, landscaping and main building construction work.
