Kildare Co Council considering plans
A planning application has been submitted to Kildare County Council for one apartment building comprising of 14 apartments.
The proposed development earmarked for the Craddockstown Court apartments area off the Ballycane Road, is valued at over €2.9m by Construction Information Services database.
The planned building will be four storeys in height and will comprise two one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment will have private amenity space provided by a terrace at ground floor or a balcony for apartments above ground floor level.
The application includes 16 car parking spaces, including two disabled spaces and three EV charging spaces.
Secure cycle parking for 33 bicycles is proposed.
The designs include communal amenity space and landscaping.
