Attractive €3m housing scheme approved by Kildare Co Council
Plans granted permission
A total of 22 new homes are being built in Coill Dubh.
Approved is the demolition of existing outbuildings on the site at Cooleragh.
The 22 dwellings will consist of
- 4 2-storey 4-bed detached houses
- 4 2-storey 4-bed semi-detached houses
- 10 no. 3-bed 2-storey semi-detached houses
- 1 2-storey apartment block containing 2 no. 2-bed units and 2 no. 1-bed units and adjoining bike and bin store;
Two new access roads will be built.
A pedestrian connection to Cois na Mona housing development is also in the plans.
