Blessington GAA gets green light for new clubhouse

Blessington GAA Club has been approved to build a new clubhouse.

A decision to grant planning permission for the facility at Blessington Demesne was issued by Wicklow County Council.

The two-storey clubhouse will contain two changing rooms with an adjoining toilet referee’s room with changing facilities.

Also in the plans are public toilets with separate disabled access.

A new indoor training/gym space is also in the designs with a viewing terrace.

A meeting room with adjoining toilet facilities is also approved.
