Block of apartments being built beside Canal in this Kildare town

Work is continuing on the latest phase of development at Mill Harbour (Cuan an Mhuilinn), Old Odlums Mill site, Sallins, Co. Kildare.

Construction is taking place on a 3 storey apartment block which will contain six apartments.

The apartment mix is broken down as follows 2 three-bed own door duplex apartments accessed at ground floor level and 2 two-bed own door duplex apartments accessed at ground floor level.

Also built are 2 two-bed shared access apartments accessed at 2nd floor level off a common stairwell.

The designs include bin stores, bicycle stores, landscaping and public spaces.

The overall number units for the development will increase is 80.
