Dublin developer wants to build in Kildare town

Planning permission has been applied for the construction of 11 houses at Oak Church, Kildare, Co. Kildare.

The houses proposed are a mixture of 3 and 4 bedroom, 2-storey and 2-storey plus dormer, in a mix of semi-detached and terraced arrangements.

Permission was previously granted for these houses in 2018 but this has expired.

There are no significant changes proposed to the previously permitted houses.

The proposed houses are within the overall development known as Oak Church granted permission in 2018 and within which construction is currently ongoing.

The estimated construction value of the project is €2m.

The developer is Elmendorf Ltd which has an address in Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15.
