Naas Wild Food Trails 2018
This year, Naas Wild Food Festival has extended the food path to include 3 Wild Food Trails. The ‘trails’ involve a culinary walking tour of Naas where ticket holders will be guided around Naas and wined and dined in 5 eateries.
The 3 Wild Food Trails will be hosted on Thursday 6 September, again on Friday 7, both days from 6-8.30pm and on Saturday 8 from 12noon to 2.30pm. Tickets cost €30 and can be purchased from from the Moat Theatre website.
“It is great value so come hungry – the Festival got rave review last year and was considered amazing value for money. All the eateries that participated in the Trail last year are participating again this year - Lawlors Hotel, Vie De Cheateaux, Jolly, Las Radas and the Book and Cup. This year there are a further 4 new entrants - Les Olives, Lemongrass, Fate and 33 Main Street” said Gerry.
“We must pay credit to these establishments for supporting this Naas Tidy Towns Project. They are willing to take a risk and they show great community spirit. For this reason, we would encourage everyone in Naas to support them throughout the year!” said Gerry.
