Green light to turn former Kildare betting shop into café

A former betting shop has been granted planning permission to be converted into a café.

The facility is located in Gregg Court in Kilmeague. 

A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Kildare County Council  for a change of use from a betting shop to a café.

New signage with individually fixed lettering on the existing timber shopfront fascia is approved. 

The gross floor area of the new café is 69 square metres. 

The estimated construction value of the project is around €80,000.
