A number of presentations were made on the night.

The match ball from the 1983 final was presented by Tommy Grifferty to John O’Neill to put on display in Murty’s Bar. Danny Murphy thanked the O’Neill family for their role as main club sponsor stretching back to the 1970s.

It was a great opportunity for players past and present and club members to chat and reminiscence on the 1983 win and the Kildare U20 All Ireland success.
