KILDARE: Almost 50 new homes planned for Naas area

A total of 49 new homes are planned for the Tipper Road area of Naas.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Tapeford Limited for the development.

The estimated construction value of the project is over €11m, according to the Construction Information Services database. 

The units are a mix of five-bed, four-bed and three-bed homes.

There will also be a number of public open spaces throughout the residential scheme.

A new internal road network will serve the proposed residential dwellings with access from Tipper Road.

Landscaping, paths, lighting and a signalised junction are also in the plans.
