Kildare building sites being targeted by thieves

Co Kildare Gardaí are concerned about the rising levels of construction companies being raided.

Last week, several valuable items were stolen from a site in Calverstown on Thursday, June 29 between 8.45pm to 9.45pm.

On the Co Kildare border, at Kilmurry, Enfield, a power washer was stolen earlier last weekend.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to an incident at Loughbollard, Clane, where construction equipment was raided on Monday.

It is understood that three generators were among the stolen items.
