Kildare Co Council seeking contractors to revamp estate in Rathangan
Major project to regenerate area
Kildare County Council is seeking tenders for a major construction project in St Patricks Park in Rathangan.
The works involve the construction of seven new residential houses, the demolition of 15 existing dwellings and the refurbishment of 23 existing houses.
Works also include new footpaths, parking areas and landscaping.
Suitably qualified contractors are invited to submit tenders.
The estimated construction value of the project is over €8m and the expected duration of the works is 18 months.
