KILDARE COURT: Disqualified from driving for six years
A man found driving without insurance cover was disqualified for a period of six years at Naas District Court.
Johnny Connors, 32, whose address was given as 894 Piercetown, Newbridge, was prosecuted for driving at Moorefield, Newbridge, on April 7, 2022.
Sgt Dave Hanrahan told the court that the defendant had a two year driving ban imposed in November 2022.
Judge Michele Finan also imposed a fine of €150.
He was further fined €75 for not wearing a seat belt and €50 for having a worn tyre.
