KILDARE COURT: Garda kicked in the testicles by 'aggressive woman'
A garda was kicked in the testicles by a woman described as “very aggressive and abusive.”
Before Naas District Court was Sally Murray, 44, whose address was given as 10 Radharc an Caislean, Naas.
Sgt Dave Hanrahan said the incident took place on April 11, 2019 at Lacken View and she was prosecuted for assault and a breach of the Public Order Act..
The court heard that the woman was out of control.
She also brought €200 to court.
The court also heard that the defendant has five children and is not working.
The woman told the court “I’m so ashamed, I would even recognise the guard.”

The injured party said he accepted the defendant’s apology.
A €50 fine was imposed by Judge Michele Finan, who directed that the €200 be paid to the Garda Benevolent Fund.
