The woman also alleged before the court that the children don’t feel safe around him and he is manipulating them. She said he called one of the children evil and poured holy water over a child’s head.
Neither her nor the children feel safe, she said adding her tells the children he has cancer to get sympathy.
“He’s taking anxiety tablets and I don’t know where it’s going to end,” she said.
On one occasion, she said, he breathed into her face, smiled and walked around her and she could feel his breath.
He was not present for the hearing.
She said he then went inside, pulled the blinds and she could hear metal banging from the gun safe.
The court heard that the partner got a protection order against the woman in July.
“I don’t know what is going to happen next.”
She added one of the children said he is a stranger.
Judge Miriam Walsh declined to grant an order against him saying that insufficient information is available.
The judge added the woman could return to court “if he does something to make you feel unsafe.”
