Kildare Derby Festival holding AGM

The people behind the Kildare Derby Festival are holding their AGM on October 26.

The event is taking place in Aras Bhride.

The organisers including Festival chairman Ollie Kearns said that everybody is welcome to attend.

Nicole Hyland representing Ballyteague GAA was selected as Festival Derby Queen 2017.

The meeting is expected to review the success of last year's parade and festival and look ahead to 2018.

 Ideas are welcomed for events next year.
