KILDARE: €16m housing development planned for Rathangan

A total of 66 new homes are being planned in Rathangan with an estimated construction value of over €16m.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Oakway Homes for the proposed development at Millview Demesne. 

The total gross floor area is 8,127 square metres and the site area spans 2.72 hectares.

The housing units include 28 semi detached two-storey, four-bed dwellings.

Also planned are 16 semi detached two-storey, three-bed dwellings and eight mid-terrace, two-store,y three-bed units.

Internal access roads, footpaths and landscaping are also in the plans.
