KILDARE: Green light for nearly 50 homes in Kildangan area

A total of 46 apartments have been granted planning permission for Kilbeg, Kildangan.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council on by Harristown Developments Limited.

Approval has been granted by Kildare County Council for the construction of 46 residential dwellings comprising 10 four-bed dwellings, 32 three-bed dwellings and four two-bed dwellings.

Also in the plans is a vehicular entrance off the existing R417 road including  a new cycling and pedestrian path.

Internal access roads, footpaths, infrastructure and landscaping are also included in the planning documents. 

The estimated construction value of the development is over €11m, according to Construction Information Services database.
